I have started using Little Spring Construction as my go-to when I have a project bigger than I can handle or run out of time for my own projects. Aaron has replaced water-damaged sheet rock (did a great job tying the seams into the rest of the ceiling), installed new leach lines for our septic system, installed supports for a sagging wall, replaced a garage door opener, installed a high-efficiency hot water heater, helped run some wiring, and framed a wall for us. His experience is obvious, and he follows proven standards. We bought a house that is showing its age, and Aaron regularly makes improvements over the original work on the home and things are in better shape now. I have seen that his improvements stay within budget. His prices are competitive with others in the West Plains area, and I have used him more and more because he has been more reliable than some others in the area. Overall, he has been great to work with - patient and willing to listen to my input and provide his own recommendations.
Little Spring Construction did a phenomenal job converting our garage into a beautiful, functional MIL home for my mom’s retirement.
